Runway Capital: Airline Simulator is provided by Aarici. This policy applies to the iOS and Android apps and their related online services.
The app stores company progress, settings, aircraft, routes, flights, finances, earned rewards, and related simulation state locally on your device. You can play without creating an account. Your game save leaves the device only if you turn on cloud save.
You can sign in with Apple or Google to back up and restore your game. Sign-in is handled by Apple or Google and Google Firebase Authentication, which give us an account identifier and may share your email address and name. When cloud save is on, the app uploads a copy of your game save together with your company name, a device identifier created by the app, the save version, and the backup time. Backups are stored on Cloudflare in the European Union. Older backup versions are kept for up to 30 days. Signing out stops backups and does not delete your local game.
You can delete your cloud-save account at any time from the cloud save screen in the app. Deletion removes your stored backups. We keep a minimal deletion record so that the account cannot be restored by mistake, and we unlink your account from any purchase records we hold. Your local game on the device is not removed. You can also ask us to delete your account by email.
When you sign in to Game Center or Google Play Games, the app automatically sends your company name, the country of your first base airport, simulated Stock value, and update time to our leaderboard service when you launch the game or open the leaderboard. These details appear publicly in one ranking shared by iOS and Android players. Your platform player identifier is stored privately on the service to authenticate submissions and manage your entry; it is not displayed in the ranking. You can play offline without signing in.
You can hide your company from the public ranking or delete its entry in the app. Deletion stops automatic posting on that installation; reinstalling the app may join again. Leaderboard entries remain on our service until replaced or deleted. Deleting the app alone may not remove a leaderboard entry; use the in-app control or contact us.
The app uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to find and fix crashes. When the app crashes or hits a serious error, Crashlytics collects the crash details, device model, operating system and app version, language, a Crashlytics installation identifier, and technical logs about the error. We use this only to keep the app stable, not for advertising.
If you send feedback in the app, we receive the title and message you write, an optional email address, and a random identifier created for that installation so you can see replies. If you contact support by email, we receive your email address and the message you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate problems, and improve the app, and keep it only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes and legal obligations.
Apple App Store and Google Play process purchases, restores, and refunds under their terms and privacy policies. RevenueCat helps the app retrieve products and validate purchase or entitlement state. These services may process transaction identifiers, product identifiers, app user identifiers, device or app information, and purchase status. If you use cloud save, purchase events and in-game purchase records may be linked to your cloud-save account so purchases can be checked and restored. Aarici does not receive your full payment-card details.
On iOS, offer codes are redeemed through Apple. On Android, if you enter a Runway Capital promotion code, the app sends the code and the identifier of your current save to our promotion service, plus your cloud-save account identifier if you are signed in. We use this to make sure each code is used only once and to deliver its reward.
Runway Capital uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK only for optional rewarded ads. The app does not show forced banner or interstitial ads. An in-game reward is granted only after the advertising provider confirms completion.
Google Mobile Ads may process an IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ads viewed, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic or performance information for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation. Ads may be personalized when you allow it. On iOS, the app asks for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before ads load; the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking. If you decline, or where consent is not given, Google serves non-personalized or limited ads.
Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform before loading ads. Eligible users can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the app settings. On iOS you can change tracking permission at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings.
If you grant permission, the app schedules local notifications for events such as flight arrivals. Local notifications are scheduled and delivered by your device; they are not used to create a remote player profile.
Apple, Google (including Firebase, Google Cloud, AdMob, and Google Play), Cloudflare, and RevenueCat process information for us or under their own policies to operate sign-in, cloud save, the leaderboard, crash reporting, feedback, promotion codes, stores, purchases, advertising, consent, security, and related services. These providers may process data outside your country. Learn more in Apple's Privacy Policy, Google's Privacy Policy, Firebase privacy information, Cloudflare's Privacy Policy, and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Local gameplay data remains on your device until removed by you, the app, or the operating system. You can remove it by deleting the app or clearing app storage. Cloud backups remain until you delete your account; older backup versions are removed after 30 days. Crash reports are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. Feedback and support messages can be deleted on request, subject to legal obligations. Store and service-provider records follow each provider's retention rules.
Runway Capital is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information from children. The leaderboard publishes the player-chosen company name, first base country, simulated Stock value, and update time when a platform game account is signed in. A parent or guardian may contact us if they believe a child provided information to us.
We use reasonable measures, including encrypted connections, to protect information handled by Aarici. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact us to make a request.
We may update this policy when app features, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date will be updated when material revisions are published.
