Runway Capital is local-first. Until an explicit backup or sync feature is offered, uninstalling the app or clearing its storage may remove local company progress.

For faster support
Include your company name, aircraft registration or route when relevant. Never send payment-card details or account passwords.
- Gameplay and progressRoutes, dispatch, fuel, facilities, aircraft delivery, maintenance, staffing, finances, or offline catch-up.
- Purchases and restoresInclude the product name, platform, approximate purchase time, and whether the store reported success. Do not include full payment information.
- Rewarded advertisingTell us which optional reward you selected and whether the ad completed, closed, or failed to load.
- Technical issuesCrashes, blank maps, notification problems, layout issues, unexpected balances, or other app behavior.
Purchase support
Apple and Google process payments. Purchase history and refund requests are managed through the store used for the transaction. We can help investigate delivery and restore behavior inside the app.
